UFO On MSNBC

     I made a video of an MSNBC broadcast because of something strange in the back round. Is this object a UFO or a buoy that is put on a power line to help planes avoid hitting it? It looks rather large and far off to be a power line marker but it isn't moving either. Take a look a just another strange anomaly that happens everyday.
