Click the link above.In this weather video clip from Detroit, MI you will see a burst of energy that moves southeast (look at the city Sterling Heights) against the weather moving north through Metro Detroit. This is H.A.A.R.P in action. HAARP stands for High Energy Active Aurora  Research Project. It has been rumored to be able to effect weather by manipulating the Ionosphere, creating a bubble that draws weather patterns to fill the void. The burst of energy outside of Detroit is meant to help draw the storm north. We will see.Why wasn't HAARP used to dissipate Hurricane Harvey? It was in fact used. The results could have been much worse.
