A new monolith has appeared in Southeast Turkey and this one has an inscription in old Turkic that reads "look at the sky, see the moon." This is a very cryptic statement unless you believe, as many UFO researchers do, that there are beings who have bases on the moon or even in the moon. The dark side of the moon, the side that always faces away from the Earth, still holds many secrets and some researchers claim to have found photos from NASA that show large structures made from a transparent material, perhaps domes of some kind. Our moon is an enigma compared to all the other moons in our solar system. It is the largest relative to the planet it circles and is the only moon without companions. Some even think the moon is hollow or a space craft because it rang like a bell when the Apollo 13 Saturn rocket booster crashed in to it, causing it to ring for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Carl Sagan said once that if the moon is hollow, it must be artificial. So, perhaps the moon is some sort of observation satellite that not only tracks life on Earth but also protects it. I have postulated that the moon could act like a shield if an asteroid or comet threatened the Earth. Instead of impacting the Earth, the object would hit or be deflected by the moon.
