Many ask the question why the aliens who visit us don't contact us. The better question is why would they contact us? We are a violent, ignorant species. The Corona Virus Covid-19 has demonstrated in the starkest way why the aliens won't associate with us: we are too stupid, perhaps even to exist. The United States, the leader of the free world and really the world, has demonstrated a streak of stupidity and ignorance that is hard to understand. Their president ignores the science that would have kept him safe and by saying that mask wearing is not important he may have caused the deaths of 10's of thousands of the people he is charged with protecting. Science clearly demonstrates that wearing a mask reduces the risk of catching and spreading the disease, the same science the aliens use to get here. In their estimation, not only will they not contact us but they have calculated that any species this stupid doesn't deserve to exist and probably won't for much longer. They also don't understand how the most powerful country on Earth would elect such a flawed and unqualified leader to preside over the largest nuclear weapons stockpile on Earth. No, from the point of view of the aliens, we are a retarded culture with a population dominated by defiance disorder, ignorance and denial of obvious, provable facts. Their final report has this last line, "the species on Planet XJ-13 is not worthy of contact and will probably extinguish itself within decades. We will have a useable planet after radioactive decontamination procedures and its location will be valuable to the empire."
