We watched from the International Space Station on Christmas day, Americans and Russians together, as the world below began to burn. After President-elect Trump announced a new arms race, one the Russians could not afford, Vlad Putin decided a first strike was the only option. Trump and his people panicked which delayed the United States response. Because of this, most ground and air forces were obliterated. The submarine force was unaffected and had more than enough warheads to retaliate and annihilate Russia. We, Russian and American together, stared down at our burning world from the space station. Then we stared at each other. One cosmonaut was heard mumbling "fucking Trump.." while an American was heard grumbling "fucking commies" and so, as it was below, so it was above...the astronauts and cosmonauts fought until they damaged an oxygen line and started a fire killing them all above as the humans were burned and killed below.....and the cockroaches held dominion over the Earth from that time forward and it was a good thing. Merry Christmas.
